Using the Instagram Website
● Visit the Instagram web page and sign in to start studying your account.
● Start a new post, by clicking on the ‘+’ icon located at the top right side of the screen.
● From computer Selected or choose your video from your system memory.
● After selecting your video, it is possible to add a caption, tag individuals, or include a location.
● Lastly, click 'Share' to upload your video to Instagram.
Using Creator Studio (for Business Accounts)
● Make sure to convert your Instagram account to a business account, If you haven't already.
● Go to your Instagram account through Facebook’s Creator Studio.
● Once there, click on ‘Create Post’ then select an Instagram feed or IGTV where your post will be published.
● At the bottom click ‘Add Content’ then select the video you want to upload.
● Please add a caption, tag individuals, or specify a location, and then click 'Share' to upload the video.
Using INSSIST Chrome Extension
● Install the INSSIST Chrome extension for Instagram.
● Log in to your Instagram account through the extension.
● Click the '+' button from the bottom menu, then select 'Photo/Video'.
● Browse and select the video you want to upload and hit 'Next'.
● Add a caption, tag people, or add a location, then click 'Share' to upload the video.
Remember, Instagram has specific video requirements:
● The preferred format is MP4.
● The maximum file size is 4GB.
● The minimum frame rate is 30fps.
● The minimum accepted resolution is 720p.
● You can upload videos in vertical (9:16), horizontal (16:9), or square (1:1) aspect ratios.
Now you're ready to share your videos directly from your PC to Instagram!
